Согласно законопроекту, должник сможет обжаловать задолженность, указанную в исполнительной надписи нотариуса, в суде в течение 3 месяцев с момента, как он узнал о совершении исполнительной надписи.

Я выскочил наверх, и такой счастливой встречи у меня ещё не было в жизни! Шли мои парни и вели двоих 300-х. Целые и невредимые. Рассказали, что бежали за мной, но когда начался обстрел, запрыгнули в подвал, который я уже пробежал. Я был счастлив, что они живы, но тут мой взгляд упал на рацию, которая висела на броне одного из пацанов. Словесный разнос я им устроил адский: «Я тут полтора часа вашу смерть оплакиваю, нервничаю, ругаюсь с людьми, а вы просто рацию включить не могли?»
По другой стороне улицы тоже трехсотые, ими занимается вторая половина моей группы. Тут в рацию истерический крик: «Парни, помогите, я не знаю, что делать с этим ранением!» Запросил, кто это, сказал, чтобы пришёл в себя и спокойно начал работу. У трехсотого было пробито лёгкое. Объяснил, что с этим делать. Все вокруг смотрели на меня, как на хирурга топ-один в России! А я просто владел той же информацией, что и все, просто делал это уверенно. И эта уверенность заражала парней, уже не было разговоров, что мы все умрём.
Тут снова начал работать миномёт, и так меня он замучил, что я вышел на командира, чтобы попробовать решить эту проблему. Это был самый неудачный разговор в моей жизни…
