🔞🇴🇲 Позавчера в столице Омана Мускат произошло нападение террористов ИГ на шиитскую процессию Ашура в районе Вади аль-Кабир. Как стало известно, нападение совершили трое радикалов группировки. После расстрела людей отмечавших Ашуру они вступили в бой с местными силовиками. В ходе 10 часовой перестрелки исламисты были убиты.
Теракт унёс жизни как минимум 6 человек, включая сотрудника полиции, 4 граждан Пакистана и одного индийца, возможно число погибших больше, ещё около 50 человек были ранены. Этот случай стал первой атакой ИГ в Омане, сами исламисты в своих заявлениях отметили, что шиитам не следует чувствовать себя в безопасности от атак террористов где бы они не были.
