Для обеспечения безопасности от инновационных средств поражения нужны люди, которые умеют мыслить инновационно, а не стандартами войн 90-х и умеют видеть изменение ситуации и быстро на нее реагировать, а не ждать пинка губернатора. И такие люди, которые не будут закупать то, что не работает в три раза дороже того, что работает, о чем говорят коллеги, потому что они будут работать на результат, а не на красивый отчет, чтобы начальник отвязался. Надеюсь, что, как минимум, в родной Курской области скоро начнет все меняться.
